I have no idea why some people got excited and decided to curse barbeque..
like " what the fuck, bbq?"
hahaha, ok this is too random for you guys to handle i know i know.
anyway!! OMGWTFBBQ!!!!

The ponies and the rainbow part seems like a fixed thing for me hur.
Been saying that for the past few posts. I have no friggin idea what i am typing right now.

Anyway i'm currently reading this book entitled "The definative book of body language"
Go google the pdf version for FREE.
yes correct, your eyes are not playing any tricks. ITS FOR FWREEEEE!! :D



Im reading about facial expressions now. So interesting i must say!!
Here's what i have learnt:

  • 100 laughs = 10 minute session on a rowing machine at the gym
  • Pre schooler laughs an average 400 times while boring adults laugh an average 15 times. (omg that sucks balls!)
  • DAMN good laugh is DAMN good for you!
  • People drink alcohol and take drugs to feel how happy people feel normally.
  • Working in an unhappy environment is detrimental to your health
  • Without realising, we tend to automatically copy the facial expressions we see ( I TOTALLY TESTED THIS OUT HAHAHAHA SO FUNNY)
  • We live longer when we laugh. ( So does tt means the ppl who laugh literally non stop, live longer?, like i mean literally as in nuts kinda literally? :/)




Ok, so i just shared with you this since i finished my work at the office haha! (:

So i asked rachel to frown at me and i try to smile at her frowning.
But my eyebrows was repelling from being relaxed SERIOUSLY, it frowned when i tried not to!!!
Like i try my hardest to (: but i ended up >=O !!!
We did it vice versa, when i frowned she tried to smile but couldnt LMAO.

Going to meet xuan chhel and annelis at the singapore flyer later on and then maybe helix bridge!!
